Our underlying cloud provider, Google, had a service incident which impacted the availability of Scalekit Dashboard (app.scalekit.com) for 7 minutes from 11:33am PDT to 11:40am PDT on 12th Jun 2025.
The same incident may have also impacted SSO login and SCIM event handling between 11:35am PDT to 11:37am PDT on 12th Jun 2025.
Full service has been restored from 11:40am PDT on 12th Jun 2025 across our Dashboard, APIs, SSO, Social Login and SCIM functionalities.
